At Patna Bites, we take great care in preparing and packing every order to deliver fresh and authentic Bihari snacks. However, if there is an issue with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged, expired, or wrong product
- The product was leaked, broken, or spoiled upon delivery
Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preferences, change of mind, or delay caused by courier partners.
2. Return Request Window
You must raise a return or refund request within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Any requests beyond this time frame may not be accepted.
3. Proof Required
To process your return or refund request:
- You must share clear unboxing videos or photos showing the issue
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
4. Refund Process
Once your claim is verified and approved:
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds will be processed and credited within 5-7working days
